Q4 Business Performance

  • Margins Remain Healthy Despite Slight Compression: EBITDA margin stayed strong at 35.3 percent, though it moderated slightly from 36.7 percent in Q4 FY25. The minor contraction reflects higher operating costs linked to capacity expansion and product scale-up, while the company still maintained industry-leading profitability levels.

Alongside this, increasing traction of vitamins improved to 12 percent, Europe stayed the largest market at 40 percent, followed by Asia at 33 percent and LATAM at 20 percent.
  • Strong Export Base and Geographic Stability: Exports remained a key strength, contributing around 82 percent of FY26 revenues. Europe continued to be the largest market, followed by Asia and LATAM, indicating stable demand across regulated international markets and reinforcing the company’s global positioning.
  • Capacity Expansion and Long-Term Growth Investments: Operational performance was supported by higher capacity utilisation of 74 percent in FY26, compared to 70 percent in FY25. The ramp-up of the Lote facility, commissioning of new formulation lines at Ambernath, and ongoing infrastructure expansion initiatives strengthen long-term production capability and growth visibility.
  • Management Commentary: Dr. Satish Wagh of Supriya Lifescience Limited said FY26 performance was driven by steady demand in key therapeutics, strong regulated market traction, and new product launches. He highlighted capacity expansion, R&D investments, and commercialization of the Liquid Anesthetic product as key growth drivers supporting long-term sustainable business momentum.
