SYNOPSIS: A U.S. subsidiary of a global enterprise software provider secured a deal with aerospace services provider Sahar Group to implement its Aviation Software, supporting the company’s expansion plans and strengthening its presence in the global aviation MRO market.
During Wednesday’s trading session, shares of a global enterprise software product/platform provider are in focus on the stock exchanges, after the company’s US arm’s next-generation Aviation Software has been selected to drive digital transformation and support strategic growth.
With a market cap of Rs. 1,598.5 crores, shares of Ramco Systems Limited were trading at Rs. 427 on BSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 440.4. The stock has delivered positive returns of around 43 percent in the last one year, but has fallen by over 24 percent in the last one month.

According to the latest disclosures from the stock exchanges, Ramco Systems Corporation (RSC), a US-based subsidiary of Ramco Systems Limited, has secured a new client in the aviation sector. Sahar Group, a well-known aerospace services provider, has selected Ramco’s next-generation Aviation Software to support its future growth plans. This development further strengthens Ramco’s presence in Miami’s established aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) ecosystem.
Sahar Group is a leading aerospace services provider specialising in the UH-60 Black Hawk platform, offering fully integrated, depot-level maintenance solutions from nose to tail. Certified to FAA, EASA, UK CAA, and AS9100/AS9110 standards and fully ITAR-registered, Sahar Group operates multiple facilities across Florida and supports operators throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe
As the company expands its commercial operations and enters new segments such as Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), Supplemental Type Certificates (STC), and helicopter sales and leasing, Sahar Group is investing in a modern digital platform to manage increasing operational complexity. Ramco Aviation Software will serve as the core system supporting this transition, enabling better visibility, coordination, and control across its operations.
The software comes with integrated capabilities covering maintenance planning, component maintenance, supply chain management, MRO and parts sales, quality and compliance management, as well as finance functions. By implementing this system, Sahar Group aims to streamline its operations, improve data accuracy, and enable faster decision-making, ultimately helping enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
Financials
Ramco Systems reported a significant growth in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year increase of about 14 percent, from Rs. 156.6 crores in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 178.5 crores in Q3 FY26. Likewise, it reported a significant turnaround to a net profit of Rs. 3.2 crores from a loss of Rs. 10.1 crores.
Ramco Systems Limited is engaged in the business of developing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software solutions for various verticals in various domains like core ERP, human resource & payroll, aviation maintenance, repair & overhaul, logistics, service resource planning and provides these with related solutions and services, including managed services. The software is either delivered on-premise or hosted on the cloud.
