FULL YEAR FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
SAR Televenture delivered a strong operational and financial performance in FY26, reflecting the accelerating demand cycle in India’s telecom and digital infrastructure sector.
Revenue from operations for the year rose 49% year-on-year to ₹522.11 Cr, compared to ₹349.93 Cr in FY25. EBITDA grew even faster, surging 62% to ₹99.75 Cr from ₹61.65 Cr in the previous year. EBITDA margins expanded by 148 basis points to 19.10%, indicating improving operating leverage as the company scales its infrastructure deployment business. Net profit for FY26 climbed 55% to ₹72.49 Cr from ₹46.88 Cr a year earlier, while earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹14.78 from ₹13.05
The second half of FY26 also remained particularly strong for the company. H2 FY26 revenue stood at ₹280.35 Cr, up 35% from ₹207.21 Cr recorded during H2 FY25. During the same period, H2 net profit rose 55% to ₹36.22 Cr, highlighting sustained execution momentum and margin improvement.
RESULTS ANALYSIS & BUSINESS DRIVERS
SAR Televenture’s FY26 performance underscores the structural growth currently underway in India’s telecom infrastructure ecosystem, especially around 4G and 5G rollout expansion.
The company’s strong revenue growth was primarily driven by three key business segments rapid deployment of 4G/5G telecom towers, expansion of FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) home passes, and increasing project execution across multiple telecom infrastructure markets.
At the same time, the company witnessed meaningful margin expansion as scale efficiencies began reflecting in profitability. EBITDA margins improved to 19.10% from 17.62% in FY25, while net profit growth outpaced revenue growth, indicating stronger operational efficiency and improving execution economics.
Management also highlighted strategic acquisitions and partnerships during the year that are expected to strengthen SAR Televenture’s pan-India network presence. This positions the company to benefit from India’s ongoing 5G rollout cycle, which structurally requires significantly higher telecom tower density and deeper fiber backhaul infrastructure compared to earlier 4G networks.
STRATEGIC POSITIONING & OUTLOOK
SAR Televenture operates at the intersection of two of India’s largest digital infrastructure opportunities: telecom tower deployment and broadband fiber network expansion.
The company provides an integrated portfolio that includes 4G/5G telecom towers, OFC and FTTH networks, enterprise connectivity solutions, smart digital infrastructure, IoT integration, CCTV systems, home automation, and energy management services.
Its UAE-based subsidiary also adds an international diversification layer through fiber cable laying and telecom network equipment supply operations.
With the Department of Telecommunications continuing to push aggressive 5G rollout targets and telecom operators expanding rural as well as suburban network coverage, demand for turnkey telecom infrastructure solutions remains structurally elevated.
Importantly, the company’s improving profitability profile suggests that incremental revenue is increasingly translating into higher operating earnings. EBITDA margins have now crossed 19%, while profit growth has outpaced revenue growth reflecting strong operating leverage as execution scale improves.
