Triton Valves has landed a significant long-term international contract. The Indian valve maker signed a seven-year supply agreement with Aumovio Germany GmbH. The deal covers the supply of specialised TPMS valves to the German automotive technology company.

Triton Valves Limited’s stock, with a market capitalisation of Rs. 425.7 crores, fell Rs. 820, down 3 percent from its previous closing price of Rs. 845.25 Furthermore, the stock over the past year has given a return of 18.8 percent.

The Deal and What It Covers

Triton Valves signed the Project Agreement with Aumovio on March 23, 2025. The contract runs for a total of seven years. However, confirmed sales volumes currently cover only the first five years of the agreement. Both parties expect to finalise volumes for the sixth and seventh year in due course. The supply of parts is planned to begin from the third quarter of FY2027-28.

The Revenue Potential

The numbers behind this deal are noteworthy. Aumovio’s India entity will require Triton to supply 4.7 crore TPMS valve parts. This covers the period between Calendar Year 2027 and Calendar Year 2031.

The estimated revenue from this five-year supply stands at approximately Rs 112 crore. Furthermore, both parties see room for volume and value to grow. International commodity prices and business conditions could push numbers higher.

Who Is Aumovio?

Aumovio Germany GmbH is a relatively new name in the automotive world. The company spun off from Continental AG in 2025. It operates as an independent automotive technology firm.

Aumovio focuses on sensor technology for software-defined vehicles. Therefore, the TPMS valve a tyre pressure monitoring component fits directly within its product ecosystem. Aumovio has entities both in India and overseas.

What This Means for Triton Valves

This contract is a meaningful step forward for Triton Valves. Management says the deal will improve the company’s profitability and strengthen cash flow. Additionally, winning business from a global automotive group validates Triton’s technical capability. It signals that the company’s products meet demanding international standards.

The first phase of the contract covers domestic supply. Triton will supply valves to Aumovio’s Bengaluru-based entity in India. Promoters and group companies hold no interest in Aumovio, the company confirmed. This deal positions Triton Valves as a serious supplier in the global automotive supply chain.
