With a market capitalization of Rs. 8,127.27 crores, the share of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 399.50 per equity share, rising nearly 9.15 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 366. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 381 per equity share.
Q3 FY26 Result
Coming into the quarterly results of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 174.49 percent YOY, from Rs. 167.28 crore in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 459.16 crore in Q3 FY26, and grew by 2,514.81 percent QoQ from Rs. 17.56 crore in Q2 FY26.
In Q3 FY26, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited’s consolidated net profit has converted from negative to positive, reaching a net profit of Rs. 108.88 crore compared to a net loss of Rs. 22.47 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q2 FY26, the net profit has increased by 127.26 percent, from Rs. 47.91 crore. The basic earnings per share increased by 119.84 percent and stood at Rs. 5.43 as against Rs. 2.47 recorded in the previous quarter in the financial year, FY2025.
In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 2.20 percent and 2.19 percent, respectively. Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 7.58, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.10x.
Residential Pre-Sales
Mahindra Lifespace reported strong growth in residential pre-sales during Q3 FY26. Sales reached Rs. 572 crore in the quarter, compared to Rs. 334 crore in Q3 FY25, showing a sharp year-on-year increase. For the first nine months of FY26, residential pre-sales stood at Rs. 1,773 crore, slightly higher than Rs. 1,749 crore recorded in the same period last year, reflecting steady demand.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited builds homes and townships for families and businesses. It creates premium apartments, affordable houses under the Happinest brand, and big integrated cities with offices, factories, and schools. The company picks good city spots to design smart spaces with parks, roads, and green areas. It focuses on quality homes that suit daily life and work needs.
