Ad Manum Finance Shares Jump 16% After Q4 FY26 Net Profit Surges 75% YoY

Ad-Manum Finance Ltd currently has a market capitalization of approximately Rs. 47.6 crore, with the stock trading near Rs. 63 per share up by 14.70% compared to its previous close of Rs. 54.92.

Profit before tax for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs. 4.83 crore compared to Rs. 2.62 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting significant improvement in operational performance. Net profit for the quarter increased sharply to Rs. 3.78 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs. 2.16 crore reported in Q4 FY25, registering a growth of nearly 75% year-on-year. 

Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 5.04 compared to Rs. 2.88 reported in the year-ago quarter. The company also reported improvement in profitability due to lower expense pressure and stronger income generation from financing operations. 

Q3 FY26 vs Q4 FY26 Performance 

On a sequential basis, Ad-Manum Finance reported strong improvement across key financial parameters during Q4 FY26. Revenue from operations increased from Rs. 3.38 crore in Q3 FY26 to Rs. 4.53 crore in Q4 FY26. 

Profit before tax surged from Rs. 1.91 crore in Q3 FY26 to Rs. 4.83 crore in Q4 FY26, while net profit increased sharply from Rs. 1.31 crore to Rs. 3.78 crore during the same period. The company’s overall profitability improved significantly due to higher operational income and better cost management during the quarter. 

For the full financial year FY26, Ad-Manum Finance reported revenue from operations of Rs. 13.69 crore compared to Rs. 13.30 crore in FY25, reflecting stable annual growth. Profit before tax for FY26 stood at Rs. 14.14 crore compared to Rs. 11.44 crore reported in the previous financial year. The company reported net profit of Rs. 10.67 crore during FY26 compared to Rs. 8.90 crore in FY25, indicating healthy annual profitability growth. 

Ad-Manum Finance delivered a strong Q4 FY26 performance with sharp growth in revenue, profitability, and earnings. Higher interest income and improved operational efficiency helped the company report robust quarterly results. The sharp rise in net profit and positive market reaction indicate improving investor confidence in the company’s business performance.
