Bigcorp Finance Capital Private Limited offloaded 2.42 lakh shares, representing a 1.57% stake, at a price of Rs. 1,065.8 per share. The same quantity and stake were acquired by Raghav Manish Nuwal at the identical price.

With a market capitalisation of Rs. 3,639 cr, the shares of Capital Infra Trust are currently trading at Rs. 74.04 per share, up from its previous close of Rs. 73.78 per share. Dharmayug Investments sold 1.72 crore shares, with 1.64 crore of these shares priced at Rs. 72.68 each.
Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd
Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing, and supplying generic medicines, particularly for regulated markets. The company specialises in complex formulations and injectables, with an emphasis on quality compliance and global regulatory standards to support exports and partnerships.

Ravi Pawankumar Sanghvi divested 2.92 lakh shares, accounting for a 0.64% stake, while Yashkumar Shantilal Sanghvi sold 2.76 lakh shares (0.6%), both at a price of Rs. 792 per share. Additionally, Astorne Capital VCC Arven offloaded 5 lakh shares at the same price.
VIP Industries Ltd
VIP Industries Ltd is one of India’s leading luggage and travel accessories manufacturers. Known for well-established brands such as VIP, Skybags, and Aristocrat, the company offers a wide range of suitcases, backpacks, and travel gear, with a strong presence across domestic and international markets.
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 5,660 cr, the shares of VIP Industries Ltd are currently trading at Rs. 398.45 per share, down from its previous close of Rs. 408.15 per share.
At a price of Rs. 388 per share, Kemp and Co. offloaded 33.43 lakh shares (2.35%), while Alcon Finance & Investments sold 27.97 lakh shares, accounting for a 1.97% stake. Kiddy Plast also reduced its holding by selling 22.26 lakh shares (1.56%) at the same price. Meanwhile, Piramal Vibhuti Investments exited 1.45 crore shares, or 10.26%, at Rs. 388.01 apiece, and DGP Securities sold 1.41 crore shares (9.94%) at Rs. 388 each.
Multiples Private Equity Gift Fund IV acquired 1.39 crore shares, representing a 9.8% stake, while Multiples Private Equity Fund IV purchased 1.26 crore shares, representing an 8.89% at Rs. 388 per share.
