These 17 circles contribute nearly 99 percent of the company’s revenue.
The company is also focusing on increasing its Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) by encouraging customers to shift from 2G to 4G and 5G plans. Vodafone Idea is strengthening its premium postpaid portfolio, expanding unlimited data offerings, and using marketing partnerships to attract and retain subscribers. As more customers move to higher-value plans, the company expects stronger revenue growth.
To improve customer satisfaction, Vodafone Idea is expanding its retail network to over 2,600 branded stores and working with 6.5 lakh retailers across India. It is also using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve customer service through faster issue resolution, voice biometric authentication, and self-healing networks that automatically detect and fix service problems.
Apart from its telecom business, the company is expanding its enterprise and digital businesses. In Q4 FY2026, Vodafone Idea Limited continued to improve its operating performance. Broadband sites increased to 202,000, strengthening network coverage, while customer ARPU (excluding M2M) rose to Rs. 189.9, reflecting better revenue generation. Customer engagement also continued to grow, with daily data usage reaching 83.0 PB.
Additionally, 4G/5G subscribers increased to 128.9 million, while the total subscriber base remained stable at 192.8 million. These continuous improvements highlight the company’s progress in enhancing network quality, customer experience, and long-term growth.
