HEC Infra Projects Limited has announced that it has secured a new domestic work order worth approximately Rs. 11.48 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). The contract relates to supply, erection, testing and commissioning works for augmentation of transformation capacity at the 400/220 KV Neemrana substation.

The project includes installation of a 1×500 MVA, 400/220 KV ICT (3rd) along with associated bays and related infrastructure works. According to the company, the project is scheduled to be executed within a period of 15 months.

The latest order is strategically important for HEC Infra Projects as it strengthens the company’s presence in the power transmission and substation infrastructure segment. Orders from Power Grid Corporation generally improve execution visibility and support future bidding opportunities in transmission and grid modernization projects.
