With a market capitalisation of Rs 3,144 crore, the shares of Insolation Energy Ltd reached a day’s high of Rs 144.80 per share, up over 5 percent from its previous day’s closing price of Rs 137.75 per share. In the last one year, the stock has corrected by over 60 percent, as compared to NIFTY 50’s positive return of 9 percent.

Insolation Energy Limited provided an impressive business update for the period from September to December. The financial results from that time have demonstrated an acceleration in revenue growth.
The company reported a total consolidated revenue of Rs 1,346.81 crores during the nine months ending 31 December, 2025. For comparison, Insolation reported total sales for the entire previous fiscal year (FY25) of Rs 1,333.75 crores, demonstrating rapid growth through the first nine months of the current fiscal year.
December 2025 was exceptionally strong as well. Infact it reported the highest monthly sales recorded to date for the company during this period, with total sales for December exceeding Rs 354.59 crores, confirming strong demand from the marketplace and excellent execution.
The management team has stated that the results from December 2025 confirm the execution of its strategy, market conditions, and order fulfillment. As they look to 2026 and the continuation of their growth, the company is confident that it will achieve many new goals during 2026 with the ongoing support from the customers and investors.
The revenue from operations for Insolation Energy stands at Rs 777 crores in H1 FY26, up from Rs 612 crores compared to H1 FY25, which is a growth of 27 per cent YoY. Additionally, on a sequential basis, it reported a minor growth of 8 percent from Rs 722 crore in the second half of FY25.
Coming down to its profitability, the company’s net profit stood at Rs 80 crore in H1 FY26, up from Rs 61 crore in H1 FY25, which is a growth of 31 percent YoY. Additionally, on a sequential basis, it reported a growth of 23 percent in the second half of FY25 from a net profit of Rs 65 crore.
As of the latest filing available, the company had an order book of Rs 2,500 crore (~2x of FY25 revenue), providing a good revenue visibility. Coming to its order mix, the company derived Rs 1,250 crore of its order value from EPC / Developers, followed by Rs 650 crore from the Rooftop segment and Rs 300 crore each from Government Schemes and channel partners.
Coming down to its future outlook, the company aims to generate a revenue of Rs 3,300 crore in FY26, Rs 5,500 crore in FY27, and Rs 8,600 crore in FY28. Additionally, it aims for a net profit of Rs 366 crore in FY26, Rs 771 crore in FY27, and Rs 1,377 crore in FY28. It also aims to increase its PV module capacity to 8 GW, Solar cells capacity to 3 GW, and an Aluminium frames capacity to 54,000 MTPA (metric tonne per annum) by FY28.
Insolation Energy Limited, with a combined capacity of 5.5 GW, designs and markets solar panels and modules throughout India. The company distributes monocrystalline PERC and polycrystalline PV modules for varied uses, ranging from utility-sized solar farms, rooftop installations, net metering, off-grid applications, solar pumps, EV charging stations, and others.
It also distributes solar power conditioning units and tall tubular lead-acid batteries to serve both ground-mounted solar projects and rooftop solar projects. Insolation Energy has an important role in driving the implementation of clean energy among residential, commercial, and rural industries.
