SYNOPSIS: Silverline Technologies launched “Silver AI”, a Made-in-India multimodal AI platform, targeting India’s $26.4 billion chatbot market with rapid rollouts, enterprise security, and potential product-led revenue opportunities.

During Monday’s trading session, shares of a company engaged in delivering enterprise software solutions, digital transformation, and technology consulting services across global markets, hit a 5 percent upper circuit after the company announced launching AI Web Platform.

With a market cap of Rs. 155.3 crores, shares of Silverline Technologies Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 9.96 on BSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 9.49. The stock has delivered negative returns of around 32 percent in the last one year, but has gained by over 15 percent in the last one month.

According to the latest disclosures on the BSE, Silverline Technologies Limited has announced the launch of its proprietary AI-enabled web platform titled “Silver AI”, aimed at tapping into India’s rapidly growing AI chatbot market, which is projected to reach $26.4 billion by 2031.

The company outlined an aggressive go-to-market strategy, with the web platform already live, a mobile application scheduled to launch within a week, video and image AI capabilities expected in the next two weeks, and advanced medical applications with wearable integration planned within 30 days.

This initiative marks a strategic milestone in the company’s efforts to build Made-in-India, product-led technology capabilities, while expanding its footprint in next-generation digital solutions and artificial intelligence (AI).

“Silver AI” is the next-generation, multimodal AI platform featuring real-time streaming capabilities and enterprise-grade security. Delivered as an AI-enabled web platform, it is designed to provide a conversational, assistive interface for productivity and knowledge workflows. The platform enables users to interact via an intuitive, chat-based experience, aimed at improving efficiency in everyday professional and organisational tasks.

Silverline Technologies reported a significant growth in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year increase of 14,196 percent, from Rs. 0.7 crores in Q2 FY25 to Rs. 100.07 crores in Q2 FY26. Likewise, its net profit increased during the same period from Rs. 0.03 crores to Rs. 7.26 crores, representing an impressive growth of nearly 24,100 percent YoY.

Silverline Technologies Limited operates at the intersection of traditional agriculture and modern technology, with business structured around two primary verticals: agriculture trading and agricultural technology services.

In the trading vertical, the company is engaged in the business of sourcing, procurement, and distribution of a wide range of agri-commodities, including grains, pulses, oilseeds, and fertilisers.
