The shares of the plastic manufacturing company jumped in today’s trading session after the company bagged a significant letter of acceptance from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd worth Rs 54 crore.

With a market capitalisation of Rs 42,128.46 crore, the shares of Supreme Industries Ltd were trading at Rs 3,318.05 per share, decreasing around 0.10 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 3,321.35 apiece.

According to the company filing, Supreme Industries Ltd has received a letter of acceptance (LOA) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) for the supply of approximately 2,00,000 number of 10.0 Kg Composite LPG Cylinders. The total supply is valued at around Rs 54 crores. The order should be executed within 6 months of the LOA.

In Q2FY26, the company posted mixed financial performance; revenue rose by 5 percent from Rs 2,273 crore in Q2FY25 to Rs 2,394 crore in Q2FY26, indicating steady business traction. However, during the same time frame, net profit decreased by 20 percent from Rs 207 crore to Rs 165 crore, reflecting margin pressure.
