Nile Shares Jump 14% After Announcing Q3 Results; Check Details

Synopsis: Nile Ltd shares surged 14%  after Q3FY26 net profit jumped 47% YoY to Rs. 14.94 crore on Rs. 291.43 crore revenue. EPS rose 44% YoY to Rs. 48.82, reflecting strong operational growth.

The shares of this company are engaged in the manufacturing of Pure Lead and Lead Alloys which are supplied to the manufacturers of Lead Acid batteries, PVC stabilizers and Lead-Oxide are now in the spotlight after it rose by 14% in today’s market session following robust Q3 performance with 47 percent of net profit growth.

With a market capitalisation of Rs. 540 cr, the shares of Nile Ltd were trading at Rs. 1,802 per share, increasing 14% in today’s market session, making a high of Rs. 1,820, up from its previous close of Rs. 1,598.25 per share. The stock has delivered 14% returns over the past year and 14% year-to-date, while declining 12% in the last six months but gaining 24% in the past month.

Q3FY26 Results 

Year-on-Year (YoY) Performance

For Q3FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 291.43 crore, up 25% YoY from Rs. 232.51 crore in Q3FY25. Total expenses rose by 24% to Rs. 271.14 crore from Rs. 218.41 crore. Profit before Tax (PBT) increased 45% to Rs. 20.49 crore from Rs. 14.13 crore, while Net Profit grew 47% to Rs. 14.94 crore from Rs.10.16 crore. EPS also increased by 44% from Rs. 33.83 to Rs. 48.82 over the same period.

Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) Performance

Compared to the previous quarter, revenue from operations rose 6% to Rs. 291.43 crore from Rs. 273.99 crore. Total expenses increased 5% to Rs. 271.14 crore from Rs. 257.88 crore. PBT grew 26% to Rs. 20.49 crore from Rs. 16.22 crore, and Net Profit increased 29% QoQ to Rs. 14.94 crore from Rs. 11.6 crore. EPS also increased by 23% from Rs. 39.66 to Rs. 48.82 over the same period.

Nile Limited specializes in the secondary manufacturing of Pure Lead and Lead Alloys. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Nile has built long-term partnerships with manufacturers of lead-acid batteries, PVC stabilizers, and lead oxide. The company operates two recycling plants at Choutuppal and Tirupati, with a combined annual capacity of 107,000 tons.

Apart from manufacturing, Nile is committed to sustainability, operating a 2 MW wind farm at Ramagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The company is also expanding its footprint through upcoming ventures like Nile Li-Cycle Private Limited and Nirmalya Extracts Private Limited, strengthening its presence in emerging clean energy and allied sectors.

It offers high-quality Pure Lead (99.97% purity) along with a variety of lead alloys, including Lead-Antimony, Lead-Selenium, Lead-Calcium, and Lead-Tin, catering to diverse industrial applications. Some of its customers are Exide, Amara Raja, HBL Power Systems Ltd and etc.
