Held at Ode Spa Jubilee Hills, the session offered a serene setting where participants could reconnect with their inner balance and nurture emotional and mental wellbeing. The programme combined therapeutic vibrations, meditative soundscapes and grounding practices, presenting an accessible approach to holistic healing.

The session was led by Dr. Girija Reddy, a renowned sound healing expert known for her intuitive and integrative methods. Participants explored the principles of sound therapy and its ability to support clarity, relaxation and emotional harmony.
