Recently Listed Stock Crashes 15% After Reporting 61% QoQ Decrease in Net Profit

Synopsis: Gaudium IVF shares dropped 15% after reporting a 61% QoQ fall in profit, despite strong YoY revenue growth. The stocks of Gaudium IVF and Women Health Limited faced pressure as the company witnessed declining sequential profitability. Although the company continues to grow its footprint and gain from the increasing need for fertility treatments, the decline in profitability has brought the spotlight on efficiency.

With a market cap of Rs 610 crore, the shares of Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd crashed about 15% in today’s trading session and reached a low of Rs 80.15. When compared to its previous day’s closing price of Rs 94.60. The shares are trading at a PE of 31.2, whereas their industry’s PE is at 35.3.

Q3 FY26 Results Highlights 

The revenue from operations for the company stood at Rs 24.51 crore when compared to Rs 14.42 crore in Q3 FY25, up by about 70 per cent on a YoY basis and, on a QoQ basis, down by 23 per cent from Rs 31.73 crore in Q2 FY25.

When it comes to profitability, the company has gone from an Rs 3.4 crore profit in Q3 FY25 to an Rs 3.63 crore profit in Q3 FY26, up 7% YoY, and from Rs 9.38 crore in Q2 FY26, down about 61% QoQ.
