With a market capitalization of Rs 3,870 crore, Route Mobile Ltd’s shares on Tuesday made a day high of Rs 650 per share, up by 10.38 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs 586.45 per share. The share of this company has given a negative return of 48 percent over the last year.
Results Highlights & Dividend Announcement
QoQ View: The revenue from operations declined by 1.07 percent to Rs 1,107 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 1,119 crore in Q2 FY26. EBDIT grew by 7.3 percent to Rs 146 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 136 crore in Q2 FY26. Accompanied by a net profit that grew to a positive number of Rs 103 crore in Q3 FY26 from a loss of Rs 18.8 crore in Q2 FY26, resulting in an EPS of Rs 15.51 per share in Q3 FY26 from negative EPS last quarter.
YoY View: The revenue from operations declined by 6 percent to Rs 1,107 crore in Q3 FY26, corresponding to the same quarter in the last financial year. EBDIT grew by 13 percent to Rs 146 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 130 crore in Q3 FY25. Accompanied by a net profit growth of 18 percent YoY to Rs 103 crore in Q3 FY26, resulting in an EPS growth of 18 percent to Rs 15.51 per share in Q3 FY26.
In Q3, revenue from India stood at Rs 225 crore, overseas operations contributed Rs 1,038.47 crore, while inter-segment adjustments reduced revenue by Rs 157.36 crore, resulting in a total consolidated revenue of Rs 1,107.06 crore.
In Q3 FY26, the company also declared a third interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of face value Rs 10 for FY2025–26, with February 13, 2026, set as the record date.
