₹191.9 Cr Bulk Deal: FIIs, DIIs Buy and Sell Stakes in Force Motors and 2 Other Stocks

Synopsis:- Several stocks came under focus after bulk deals involving foreign and domestic institutions. A global sovereign fund bought 1.26%, mutual funds and promoters exited 1.7%, another fund picked up 0.9%, while FIIs exchanged a 0.64% stake in a high-value deal worth ₹159.94 crore.
A bulk deal refers to a large transaction in a company’s shares executed on the stock exchange, typically involving institutional investors. Such deals cross a prescribed volume threshold and are disclosed publicly, offering insights into investor sentiment, ownership changes, and market confidence in a particular stock.
Landmark Cars
Landmark Cars is a leading premium automotive retail group in India, operating dealerships for luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, and Volkswagen. The company focuses on vehicle sales, after-sales service, and customer experience, with a strong presence across major Indian cities and select international markets.
With a market capitalisation of Rs 1,605.94 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 387.30 per share, decreasing around 3 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
As per the exchange, a prominent Foreign institution investor, Government Pension Fund Global, managed by Norges Bank, acquired 5.26 lakh shares, which is equivalent to a 1.26 percent stake in Landmark Cars at an average price of Rs 402.06 per share, valued at Rs 21.15 crore.
Meanwhile, Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund sold 4.35 lakh shares at Rs 401.5 per share for Rs 17.49 crore, while Dhunseri Ventures offloaded 2.7 lakh shares at Rs 401.53 per share for Rs 10.87 crore, together accounting for 1.7 percent of the equity.
Bharat Wire Ropes
Bharat Wire Ropes is an Indian manufacturer of specialised steel wire ropes used in infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, ports, and defence applications. With advanced manufacturing facilities and export capabilities, the company caters to both domestic and global markets, emphasising quality, durability, and technical expertise.
With a market capitalisation of Rs 1,179.31 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 171.95 per share, decreasing around 2 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
As per available information, Resonance Opportunities Fund picked up 6.18 lakh shares, representing a 0.9% stake in Bharat Wire Ropes, at an average price of Rs 174.81 per share. The transaction was valued at around Rs 10.81 crore, signalling institutional interest in the company.
Force Motors
Force Motors is a prominent Indian automobile manufacturer known for utility vehicles, vans, and engines. The company supplies vehicles to defence and paramilitary forces and also manufactures engines for global OEMs, combining indigenous engineering with long-standing industrial experience.
With a market capitalisation of Rs 23,970.76 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 18,392.50 per share, decreasing around 2.78 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
As per available information, FIIs Sona India Investments and Point Break Capital exchanged 85,146 shares, representing a 0.64% stake in Force Motors. The transaction was executed at Rs 18,785 per share, valuing the deal at approximately Rs 159.94 crore, reflecting sustained foreign investor interest in the stock.
