Sanghvi Movers stock jumps 9% after receiving orders worth ₹429 Crore

Synopsis:  The shares of the company rose by 8.9 percent after it received this huge Engineering, Procurement and construction project from various IPP’s, which is a contract of 270.6 MW. 

The share of the company that provides medium to heavy-duty cranes on a rental basis to various private and public sector undertakings have gained investor traction after reporting this order received by its subsidiary in green energy.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 3,143.14 crore, Sanghvi Movers Ltd shares on Tuesday made a day high of Rs. 378 per share, up by 8.9 percent from its previous day’s close of Rs. 347.05 per share. The share has given a return of 588.86 percent over the last five years.

Significant Order

Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited,  material subsidiary of Sanghvi Movers Limited has been awarded large work orders worth Rs. 428.72 Crores from prominent Independent Power Producers (IPP’s). This domestic order is set to commence from Q3 of FY 2025-26 and to be completed by Q1 of FY 2027-28. 

For the EPC work of wind BOP which includes Construction of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Civil foundations and works related to Civil Re-engineering by  leasing & development of temporary pathways & logistics road, Crane platforms, Crane Boom assembly area, WTG interacting from storage yard to respective locations to installation of this WTGs.

It also includes Mechanical Completion, Pre Commissioning works, Internal 33Kv line works as well as Distribution Point yards for respective WTGs. With the Permits & Approvals specific to Commissioning of the Project.  

This order will add to the company’s robust order book of Rs. 1,239 crore as of November 10, 2025 in FY25-26. With a product portfolio diversification consisting of crane rental services and company expanding into synergistic products & services to unlock new growth opportunities within infrastructure sector

About the company

Sanghvi Movers provides medium to heavy-duty cranes on rental basis to various private and public sector undertakings. SML’s crane fleet consists of medium to large size hydraulic truck mounted telescopic and lattice boom cranes and crawler lattice boom cranes having a lifting capacity ranging from 20 MT to 1000 MT.

The company has planned a total capex of Rs 629 crore in FY 25-26. Out of which, capex incurred for Indian operation as of H1 FY26 was at Rs. 123 crore adding 97+ cranes and that of KSA(saudi arabia) was at Rs.17 crore adding 56+ cranes to the firm’s portfolio.

Financial performance, revenue from operations grew by 25.7 percent to Rs.210 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs.156 crore in Q2 FY25. Net profit grew by 24 percent YoY to Rs. 36 crores in Q2 FY26 and EPS of Rs. 4.19 per share a growth of 24.7 percent YoY.
