Gabion Technologies Limited
Gabion Technologies India, a New Delhi-based company specialising in the manufacturing of gabions, rockfall protection nettings, and geosynthetic materials, is set to raise Rs 29.16 crore through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.36 crore shares.
The price band for the Gabion Technologies IPO has been set at Rs. 76 to Rs. 81 per share. The IPO will open for subscription on January 6, 2026, and close on January 8, 2026. The allotment of shares for the IPO is expected to be finalised on January 9, 2026.
Victory Electric Vehicles International Ltd
Victory Electric Vehicles International limited engaged in design, manufacturing, and distribution of electric vehicles aims to raise Rs 34.56 crore with its IPO, and the issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.84 crore shares.
The IPO will open for subscription on January 7, 2026, and close on January 9, 2026 and the allotment for the IPO is expected to be finalised on January 12, 2026. The company is set to list its shares on the NSE SME, with the tentative listing date scheduled for January 14, 2026.
Yajur Fibres Limited
Yajur Fibres, based in Kolkata, engaged in processing and manufacturing bast fibers such as flax, jute, and hemp, is targeting Rs. 120.4 crore through its IPO, and the issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.69 crore shares.
The price band for Yajur Fibres is set at Rs 168-174 per share, and the offer opens on January 7 and closes on January 9. The allotment for the IPO is expected to be finalised on January 12, 2026 and will list on BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as January 14, 2026.
Defrail Technologies Limited
Defrail Technologies, which manufactures rubber parts and components for industries like automotive, railways, and defence, sectors with steady demand for high-quality industrial materials, plans to raise funds through an IPO of 19 lakh shares with an issue size of Rs. 13.77 Crores.
The IPO for Defrail Technologies will open for subscription on January 9, 2026, and close on January 13, 2026. The allotment for the IPO is expected to be finalised on January 14, 2026, and Defrail Technologies will list its shares on the BSE SME, with the tentative listing date scheduled for January 16, 2026.
